Here is one one of my favorite drills for low back pain with extension. The Superman drill 🦸
The 🔑 here is to build tolerance.
Generally, in rehab we want to avoid aggravating factors. However in specific circumstances, we need to also build tolerance and adaptation.
This is why (for some people) the Superman drill can be very helpful.

2. Progress towards a solution.
3. Push Performance and prevent the issue from happening again.
