Another great stretch to be doing during the quarantine to keep your hips mobile.!
The pigeon stretch is a common way to improve hip external rotation and to reduce tension and tightness in the glute & piriformis muscles.
If you are doing these static stretches make sure to hold for at least 30 seconds to get the most out of it.
In the video these are ordered by most intense to least intense. So do what feels comfortable to start.
