How to Fix Low Back Pain: With Kipping

Here is one one of my favorite drills for low back pain with extension. The Superman drill ๐Ÿฆธ


The ๐Ÿ”‘ here is to build tolerance.


Generally, in rehab we want to avoid aggravating factors. However in specific circumstances, we need to also build tolerance and adaptation.


This is why (for some people) the Superman drill can be very helpful.
