Hip Flexor Stretches

Here are some great stretches to help out those hip flexors!

Couch stretch: A classic...yet challenging stretch that hits both the quad and hip flexor.  Can be done against the wall or an object (a couch).

True hip flexor stretch: An important stretch that many people neglect! This one isolates the hip flexor. All you need here is a pelvic tilt (squeeze the butt) and gently lean into it.

The glute bridge: A great finisher for this series.  After that hip flexor is stretched the glute bridge perfectly uses the new range of motion to reinforce your flexibility gains!
